Artefill
Artefill is the only FDA approved non-reabsorbable
filler for the correction of the smile lines (nasolabial
folds.) It consists of microspheres that are so
tiny that feel very smooth under the skin. Collagen
coats the microspheres in order to allow gliding
through a syringe so a skin test is necessary
prior to the artefill injection
This filler has been available
in the US for almost a year. We have been one
of the first practices in Nashville to offer it.
Our results so far have been extremely satisfactory.
