We met Stephanie when she was born during a surgical trip in the island of Cyprus. She was born without ears. This condition is called microtia and it presents in one of every 10,000 births. We brought Stephanie to Nashville at age 7 to begin a series of 3 surgeries to rebuild her ears. You can view the video clips from her visits below:
